In accordance with Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 (QHWRA) the Kendall Housing Authority (KHA) will conduct a mandated public hearing on their Public Housing Agency Annual plan for FY 2010. The hearing will take place at 10:00 A.M. on September 29, 2009 in the offices of Castle Insurance 215 Hillcrest Ave., Yorkville. Copies of the plan along with required attachments and documents are (or will be) available for review and inspection at the KHA offices during normal business hours. Please inform the KHA if you plan to attend and need special accommodations. The public is invited to comment.
